Three Beat Wellness

Entrance to the Three Beat Wellness area is through the new barn entry. This section houses service horses, equine-assisted therapy tools, and other specialized equipment. It is a quiet, working space dedicated to therapeutic sessions.

Please be respectful—some horses in this area are privately boarded. Do not pet or handle any horse without the owner's permission.

Main Exit

This access point is used as an exit only to Rodgers Rd. The road is wide enough for two lanes.

Oversized trailers or if the main trailer parking area is full may pull to the right side for parking. Please ensure that at least one lane remains open at all times for through traffic and do not block the overflow parking area.

Main Entrance

The primary entrance loops around the facility, leading to trailer and overflow parking at the back. Please do not block the private residence or its designated area.

If you are not hauling a trailer and driving a mid- to small-sized vehicle, therapy parking is available near the barn and arena through a third access point.

Arena

The 200' x 70' fully covered arena provides year-round, all-weather riding. Rider access is through the barn entrance, with a gate located directly to the left before the horse stalls. Two large rolling doors on either end allow for natural light, airflow, and an open, comfortable environment.

Spectator viewing is available on the second floor, accessible via the stairs immediately to the left upon entering the barn.

Helmets are required for all riders.

Riding Path

The riding path loops around the horse runs, primarily consisting of a grassy/dirt trail. The section closest to the back of the barn crosses a gravel area.

Helmets are required while riding.

River Walk

The River Walk path leads to the Newaukum River, with a recreational seating area for relaxation. While some areas are still under construction, it remains a peaceful spot near the river. The river has crossable points, offering a serene setting for quiet reflection or downtime.

Barn Entrance

This entrance provides access to the Three Beat Wellness section of the barn, the indoor riding arena, and the second-floor spectator viewing area. It also leads to the River Walk path and the riding path that loops around the horse runs.

Please note: Some horses in this area are privately boarded, and there are service horses as well. Do not pet or handle any horse without the owner's permission.

Old Barn

The old barn is the original facility for Acres of Pride and houses privately owned and boarded horses. Please do not pet or handle any horses in this area without the owner's permission.

Round Pen

The round pen is an ideal space for warming up with your animal or working outdoors on pleasant days. It is fully fenced and includes a grassy circuit around the pen for additional space and movement.

Storage area

The storage area is for facility use. While it is not a private space, it may not be of particular relevance to those visiting for Three Beat Wellness activities.

Therapy Parking

Reserved for standard-sized vehicles only—no trailers, please. This lot provides the closest access to the main barn entrance and the Three Beat Wellness section via the path on the right side of the barn.

If this area is full, please use the main entrance to access trailer or overflow parking.

Do not park in the Private and Service Area on the left. Thank you for your cooperation.

Private Area

This section of the property is a private residence. Please do not enter, park, or block access to this area.

Thank you for respecting the privacy of those who live on-site.

Private Area and Service Entrance

This is the fourth access point to the property, leading to a private residence and a service area. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Please do not enter or park in this area. It is closed to the general public.

Trailer Parking

Please make sure to leave at least one primary lane clear for driving through.

Overflow Parking

If both the therapy and trailer parking areas are full, visitors may use the overflow parking area located in front of the barn.

Please park responsibly to ensure clear access for vehicles, riders, and horses at all times. Do not block the exit road.

Oversized Trailer Parking

Oversized trailers or overflow trailer parking may use the right-hand lane of the exit road. Please keep one lane clear for leaving traffic and do not block access to the overflow parking area in front of the barn entrance.
